By accessing or using our Site and Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Account Registration and Security To access certain features of our Portal, you may be required to register an account or authorize the application using your Squarespace credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and API authorization tokens.
You agree to notify us immediately at info@newlifecampus.com of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
Third-Party Integrations and Squarespace Disclaimers Our Portal interfaces with Squarespace websites via the Squarespace Commerce API.
Platform Dependency: Our services rely on the availability and performance of Squarespace’s infrastructure and APIs. We are not liable for any interruptions, data synchronization delays, or data loss caused by Squarespace platform outages, changes to their developer tools, or individual merchant account suspensions.
Compliance: Users utilizing our Portal to manage their Squarespace store data represent and warrant that they are authorized to grant us access to such data and that doing so does not violate their agreement with Squarespace.
Prohibited Use and Acceptable Conduct You agree not to use the Site or Portal to:
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit vulnerabilities in our API, authentication mechanisms, or security architecture.
Engage in any activity that reverse-engineers, disrupts, strains, or interferes with the performance of our Portal or servers.
Transmit or distribute malicious software, viruses, malware, or spyware through our applications.
Intellectual Property All content, features, functionality, software code, logos, and designs present on the Site and Portal are the exclusive property of New Life Campus or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform solely for its intended business operational use.
Termination of Service We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to our Portal at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or the Squarespace Acceptable Use Policy.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Life Campus, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or inability to access the Portal; (ii) any behavior or data processing of the Squarespace platform; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which New Life Campus operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
