New Life Campus is a college move-in, move-out, storage, and logistics support service designed to help students and families navigate the college transition with less stress and more organization.
We coordinate the shipping, storage, delivery, and move-related logistics that often become overwhelming during the college experience, especially for out-of-state families, first-time college families, and busy working parents.
Who is New Life Campus designed for?
New Life Campus is especially helpful for:

Is New Life Campus a moving company?
Not in the traditional sense.
New Life Campus is a college-focused logistics and transition platform designed specifically around the student move-in, move-out, and storage experience.
New Life Campus is a subsidiary of New Life Logistix, an established logistics and operations company founded in 2020 with experience supporting large-scale residential, commercial, government, and operational projects.
Our model combines logistics coordination, storage, shipping, campus delivery, and student move support into one organized experience designed specifically for higher education transitions.
Rather than functioning like a traditional moving company or self-storage provider, New Life Campus was built to help simplify the unique challenges families face during the college transition process.
What makes New Life Campus different?
We are focused specifically on the college experience and work directly with university partners to help create a smoother, more organized move-in process.
Unlike traditional movers or self-storage companies, New Life Campus is designed around:

How do I reserve a package?
Families can reserve directly through the New Life Campus website by:
Selecting their school
Choosing a package
Completing checkout
Receiving confirmation and next-step instructions
Once payment is completed and confirmed, families will receive access to the Customer Portal.
Do I have to pay in full at booking?
At this time, New Life Campus does not offer traditional partial payment deposits directly through the website.
However, eligible families may use Klarna flexible payment options at checkout, which may allow qualified customers to reserve services with little to no money due upfront depending on approval and payment plan selection.
What payment options are available?
Eligible customers may have access to:
• Pay in full
• Klarna Pay in 4
• Monthly financing plans
• Extended payment plans up to 24 months in some casesAvailable payment options depend on customer eligibility and Klarna approval during checkout.
When am I charged?
In many cases, eligible customers may qualify for Klarna payment plans with $0 due at checkout.
Before confirming your order, Klarna will clearly show:
• Whether anything is due today
• Your payment schedule
• Future payment dates
• Payment amountsWill Klarna check my credit?
Klarna may perform a soft credit check depending on the payment option selected.
A soft credit check does not impact your credit score and is commonly used to determine eligibility for certain payment plans.
Some longer-term financing plans may require additional review. Klarna will notify you before proceeding if applicable.
Are there interest charges or fees?
Some Klarna payment options are interest-free.
Longer-term monthly financing plans may include interest depending on the selected plan and customer eligibility.
Late fees may apply if payments are missed or paid late according to Klarna’s terms.
Can I still pay in full?
Yes. Families can always choose to pay in full at checkout instead of using Klarna financing.
If you choose Klarna financing, balances may also be paid off early directly through Klarna with no early payoff penalty.
Can Klarna be used for add-ons and additional services?
In many cases, yes.
Eligible add-ons and additional services may also be purchased using Klarna, including:
• Additional containers
• Retailer package receiving
• Storage extensions
• Delivery upgrades

When does booking open?
Booking for New Life Campus FAMU packages is open in June 2026. Families can reserve their student’s package early to begin securing move-in, storage, and delivery support.
When does the student portal open?
The New Life Campus student portal opens July 1, 2026.
The portal will allow families to complete student details, upload or update housing information, confirm package selections, submit key move-in details, and receive next-step instructions for service coordination.
When should I reserve my package?
Families are encouraged to reserve their package as early as possible.
Early reservations help New Life Campus plan container delivery, staffing, storage space, package receiving, dorm delivery schedules, and university coordination. Because each package requires logistical planning, space may be limited and reservations may close before the final deadline if capacity is reached.
What is the deadline to reserve a package?
The final deadline to reserve a Fall 2026 FAMU package is July 27, 2026.
Reservations may close earlier if capacity is reached. This deadline allows our team to finalize logistics, coordinate with university timelines, prepare staffing, confirm storage space, and ensure student items arrive on time.
What changes can I make after reserving?
Families may update basic student details after reserving, including contact information, housing assignment, roommate information, move-in date, and arrival details.
Package upgrades, additional containers, retailer delivery add-ons, and major service changes should be requested as early as possible because these may require additional shipping materials, storage space, staffing, delivery coordination, or receiving capacity.
What is the deadline to make package or service changes?
The deadline to request package upgrades, additional containers, retailer delivery support, or major service changes is July 27, 2026.
After July 27, package and service changes may not be guaranteed because container planning, shipping timelines, staffing, storage space, and delivery schedules will be finalized.
What if my housing assignment changes?
Housing changes happen, and New Life Campus will work with families to update dorm information whenever possible.
Families should update housing details in the student portal as soon as they receive them. Housing assignment changes do not require a new reservation, but late changes may impact delivery timing depending on university access, staffing, and route coordination.
What if I do not have my housing assignment yet?
You can still reserve your package before your housing assignment is finalized.
Once housing details are available, families can update the student portal. Reserving early is recommended because it secures your place in the logistics plan while your final dorm details are still being confirmed.
When will New Life Campus contact me after I reserve?
After reserving, families will receive next-step instructions from New Life Campus. These instructions will explain how to access the student portal, what information is needed, and how to prepare for move-in coordination.
Why are the deadlines important?
New Life Campus is a logistics-based service. Each reservation requires planning around containers, shipping timelines, storage capacity, retailer deliveries, staffing, dorm access, and university move-in coordination.
Deadlines help ensure every student’s items are handled properly and delivered on time.

What is the Customer Portal?
The Customer Portal is the centralized dashboard families will use to manage their move-in experience after booking.
The portal is designed to provide visibility, organization, updates, and communication throughout the move-in process.
When will I receive access to the Customer Portal?
Families will receive Customer Portal access beginning July 1, 2026 after their reservation has been fully completed and payment has been successfully processed.
What can I do inside the portal?
Families will be able to:
• Complete onboarding information
• Add student and housing details
• Manage shipping information
• Monitor move-in progress
• Track important deadlines
• Add retailer packages
• Request add-ons

We understand that housing assignments and move-in schedules can change. Families will be able to update eligible information within the portal as details become finalized.

Do you provide the containers?
Yes.
Eligible packages include industrial-grade moving containers designed specifically for the New Life Campus process. Package details determine the number of containers included.
Can I order additional containers later?
Yes, depending on availability.
Additional containers and upgraded services may be requested through the Customer Portal.
Do you deliver directly to dorm rooms?
Depending on the school, housing rules, and package level, deliveries may include:
• Direct dorm room delivery
• Residence hall delivery
• Approved campus delivery pointsSome higher-tier packages may include additional move-in support and light setup assistance.
What is “light dorm setup”?
Light dorm setup is designed to help reduce move-in stress and heavy lifting.
Depending on the package, this may include:
• Placing items inside the room
• Positioning totes and essentials
• Basic organization assistance
• Bedding placement assistance
• Helping clear walkways and organize visible essentialsThis does not include:
• Full unpacking

Yes, for eligible services.
Families may ship approved retailer purchases to the designated New Life Campus receiving location for coordinated move-in delivery.
Inside the portal, families will be able to:

Yes.
Summer storage is one of the core New Life Campus services.
Depending on package and availability, we may also support select semester or break storage options.

Are my belongings secure?
Yes.
New Life Campus is building operational security directly into the logistics process through:

Storage conditions may vary based on operational location and service structure.
However, New Life Campus utilizes professionally managed storage and logistics facilities intended to safely support student household belongings during transition periods.
Families should avoid packing highly fragile, irreplaceable, or temperature-sensitive items.
Is my student’s stuff insured?
New Life Campus takes extensive operational precautions to protect student belongings.
However, families should not assume unlimited replacement coverage unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. We strongly recommend reviewing homeowners, renters, or personal property insurance coverage for high-value belongings.
Additional liability terms and service policies will be provided during checkout and onboarding.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items generally include:
• Weapons
• Illegal substances
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable items
• Perishable food
• Live animals
• Cash or important legal documents
• Prescription medications
• Extremely fragile or irreplaceable valuablesAdditional guidelines will be provided inside the Customer Portal.

Does New Life Campus support schools that are not listed on the website?
No.
At this time, New Life Campus operates through official university partnership programs only.
We do not currently provide one-off independent move-in services for schools outside of our active partner network.
Why do you only work through official university partnerships?
Our partnership model allows New Life Campus to coordinate directly with:
• University housing teams
• Residence life operations
• Approved delivery locations
• Move-in schedules
• Campus logistics workflowsThis helps create a more organized and reliable experience for students, families, and universities alike.
What if my school is not listed yet?
You can submit your school through our Request a School page.
This helps us track interest, prioritize future expansion opportunities, and notify families if New Life Campus launches at additional universities in the future.

New Life Campus understands that college move-in plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to give families confidence while also allowing our team to properly plan staffing, storage, transportation, container coordination, and student move-in logistics.
Full Refund Window
Families may cancel for a 100% refund through July 10, 2026, provided New Life Campus has not already completed any paid service on the student’s behalf.
This full refund window is intended to give families peace of mind after booking while still allowing New Life Campus enough time to finalize logistics before move-in season.
Partial Refund Window
Cancellations received from July 11 through July 20, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund.
During this period, New Life Campus may have already begun planning, reserving labor, coordinating storage capacity, preparing routes, allocating supplies, or assigning operational support for the student. Because of this, payments become partially nonrefundable.
Final Booking Period
Cancellations received on or after July 21, 2026 are nonrefundable.
At this stage, New Life Campus is in final logistics preparation for move-in, including staffing, route planning, storage coordination, and service scheduling. However, in certain cases, New Life Campus may offer a service credit at its discretion.
Housing Assignment Changes
If a student’s housing assignment, dorm location, move-in time, or roommate details change, this does not automatically qualify as a cancellation.
New Life Campus will work with the family to update the student’s service details whenever possible. Families should notify us as soon as any housing or move-in information changes so we can adjust logistics accordingly.
If New Life Campus Cannot Deliver the Contracted Service
If New Life Campus is unable to deliver a service that was included in the customer’s purchased package, the customer will receive a refund for the portion of the service that was not provided.
If New Life Campus is unable to provide the full contracted package, the customer will receive a 100% refund.
Completed Services
Services that have already been completed are not eligible for refund.
For example, if shipping coordination, storage, delivery, retailer pickup, room setup, or move-in support has already been completed, that portion of the package is considered fulfilled.
Service Commitment
Our goal is to provide families with a seamless, reliable, and stress-reducing move-in experience. If something does not go as expected, New Life Campus will work quickly and in good faith to resolve the issue.
